Who we are

virexaplus.com is the online store CLEAN TECH WORKSPACE, operated from Mexico. You can reach us at cliente@virexaplus.com or use our contact page.

Using this site

You may browse this site and buy from it. You may not scrape the site, copy or resell its content, or use it to break the law.

Products and descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can, including compatibility and what is in the box. If a product page turns out to be wrong, we correct it. Colors on a screen are an approximation of the physical product.

Prices and payment

Prices for US customers are shown and charged in US dollars and may change; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Shipping to the addresses we serve is free. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the payment methods shown at checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund it in full rather than ship it at that price; we will contact you first.

Orders and cancellations

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item becomes unavailable. If we do, we refund it in full. You can cancel an order for a full refund until it ships.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Delivery, cancellations, returns and the handling of your personal information are covered by our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the place where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that place where that law allows it.
