Contact information

Last updated: October 23, 2026

We are an online-only store, with no walk-in shop and no phone line. Email or the contact form is the way to reach us. If your message is about an order, include the order number. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first: we will tell you whether a return is needed and, if it is, where to send it at our cost.
