Refund policy

This policy explains what happens if something goes wrong with your order. Nothing in it limits any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you, including any warranty that cannot be excluded by law.

Cancel before it ships

You can cancel any order for a full refund until it ships. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be canceled, but the sections below still apply.

Wrong, faulty, damaged or missing items

If we sent the wrong item, an item arrived faulty or damaged, or something is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and, if you can, a photo of the problem. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid. You do not need to send anything back unless we ask; if we do ask, we pay the return shipping and send you the instructions before you ship anything.

Lost or late packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package has not arrived 10 business days after the latest date in the delivery estimate shown when you ordered, contact us. We will reship the item or refund it in full. If we learn before shipping that we cannot meet the estimate, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund (see our shipping policy).

Items that arrive as described

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that arrive as described and undamaged, where the law that applies to you allows this. Many of our items ship from overseas fulfillment partners, and returning them would usually cost more than the item. Please read the product page, dimensions and compatibility notes before ordering, and email us with any question before you buy.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We issue an approved refund within 5 business days. How long it then takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
