30-day return window

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at contacto@virexaplus.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos or video may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, intimate items, digital products, downloadable products, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
